SEMINAR SERIES:

The Department of History and Archaeology here in Nairobi was one of the most established centres of historical scholarship in Africa from the 1960s onwards. It had vibrant research programmes; gallant faculty which pioneered studies that immensely contributed to the mainstreaming of local agency in scholarship from the 1960s through to the 80s.

MUTED HISTORIES SEMINAR TEN: MR. JUSTUS ONDIGI

The Department of History and Archaeology successfully hosted the 10th and the last in a number of series of seminars dubbed "Muted Histories" . The seminar was held in a blended mode with the speaker of the Day and a physical audience being at the UoN Towers, 4th Floor room MLT 04 while an online audience was participating via Zoom. The event was held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 2.30 pm.
